Edit content window acting strangely on my site. (http://www.bioscience.org)

When I hover over a HTML module -> click "Edit Content" -> write in whatever I need in the text box -> hit "Save," the window becomes a bright white with the spinning circle in the middle, and then just sits there (as opposed to closing and refreshing my page with the updated content). Note: this doesn't happen when hovering over HTML module -> clicking Admin/"Settings" and making a change there. Can anyone advise me as to how to fix this problem? This used to not happen. (perhaps I changed something in Host or Admin settings but I don't know what would cause this.)

This also happens when you log in to the site too.
