It was recommended to me here, Sure enough I joined..

The welcoming party was great! Who wouldnt like a new customer.

When I needed the support after my trial ended; things started getting ugly.. I get instructions from one support guy then it turned out that did not work then another guy wants me to pay more to get a simple database restore.

Tools are from stone age and 8 out 10 times I worked with they do not work.

I went with the middle plan. I thought that would give me more room.

But they keep pressuring me to upgrade to get any help.

and now I only used 2 months of their plan and regret it.. oh yeah.. they sing the "No Refund" out long now that my sites are down and no real expert to help.

At least GoDaddy they help or refund your money.

An advise that I wish someone gave to me.. AVOID DNN4LESS.. it will cost you more and may cost you your clients.

The sad part of all this is that the work would have taken them just few minutes... all the upgrade etc. was already done.

I managed to work around this and finished the installation manually (the manual upload took about 2 hours and database restore via scripts generated from the database took few hours also).

If they had just restored the files I uploaded it would have saved me about 4 hours down time.

The damage has been done already.

They preferred to tell me to "Go elsewhere" than to fix their tools.

sick really..

You can tell a good customer service from terrible one after your contract kicks in... not during the trial period or during the period you can get refund.

This gentleman Talal M has over reacted while being over demanding. Actually it’s not his fault, we spoiled him.

Take a look at his comments.
NOTE: HE WAS GETTING ALL PREMIUM & NON-PREMIUM SERVICS. (FREE OF CHARGE)

It is always appreciated when customer and technical support meets high expectations. Moving from GoDaddy I must say that you guys exceeded all my expectations.

I can not believe that I am up and running in less than a day. I cannot believe that you did most of the migration work. This level of service is something I have never experienced before.

Cool, it is working!
You guys remind me of my team when I was working with best buy level3 support... good job in keeping pressure on L2 and L3.

You never fail to amaze me.

I owe you guys best reviews online.

The reviews I read about you guys are all good.. but what I have been experiencing is way better than "good"

You have my vote.

Please make sure your manager knows that. :)

The recent issue was to restore his site from his local PC to the Web Server, (After free migration from GoDaddy. We at DNN4Less consider it as a premium service and charge a small service fee, but he’s addicted of free stuff, he tried different ways to make it possible (FREE), finally he threaten us that he will start posting bad things about DNN4Less in different forums “as you can see above”.

We respect our clients and serve them equally on first come first basis. All our clients happily pay for our premium services, but in his case he wants everything free and if you offer him something free he wants two of them.

I don't know what his intention is and I know he is not going to stop, I thought I should let others know that what exactly happened.

Thank you

Do you have a habbit of exposing your clients information on public forms?

Yes i mentioned that you were nice in the beginning. What counts is what comes after.

Actually thank you for pointing out that when i get good services i go through the effort to give credit.

You were nice at the start no doubt about that.

Since you went through the trouble of picking and choosing from my tickets i will in a bit too.

I did not "threatten" anything. I told you that i got to know dnn4less from here and i will warn people here about your service.

No..I did not expect premium service for free.

Your tools were crashing and giving me error messages. Do you normally charge customers to fix your tools?

If your tool to upload and sync my database worked i could have done it myself.

I had to do lots of hacks and workaround and ended me 4 hours down no thanks to you.

What i got from you was "go get a free service" by the way, your service not free nor cheap.

At least with other hosts they knew what customer service was.

Your song was "no refund"

Our site (http://DnnModule.com) also host in dnn4less.com. For my opinion, yes, their price is not cheap, normally their price is expensive than other host vendors. However, their services are also better than others. At least better than webhost4life (our previous host vendor).

Over 20 + professional dnn modules for News Article, Store, Video Gallery, Photo Gallery, Ultra Flash Player,YouTube Video, Image Slide show, Skin Chameleon and much more from DnnModule.com
