Time zone problem! - Administration and Configuration

Time zone problem!

Hey my time zone is (UTC -05:00 Eastern Time)

It is set to that time zone both in my user accounts, on my computer

in my forum general settings and in my site settings..

however when I post something in the forums it always displays as if it was posted ONE hour earlier (-1)

Also in the statistics part of the forum it displays the times 3 hours early (-3)

What seems to be the problem then?

What about it? How can I set DST on my site?
Obviously it is automatically set on my computer..
But how do I get to set them on my DotNetNuke 4.3.0 site?

time zone is automatically set on your PC - but not in DotNetNuke. Currently neither framework nor modules care about DST, you might care about yourself by changing the time zone in your user profile (+1 hour).

So what can I do to fix this problem other than setting the user settings..I want the right time to be displayed for any unregistered users..for anyone that comes across the site, I want the right time to be displayed...
I tried changing the Site settings time zone.. but it doesnt seem to change anything..
