There's a problem that we've encountered in DNN6 that was not there in DNN 5.   We've added a custom profile checkbox for users to agree with terms of use during signup.

 DNN 6 switched to pop-up info tooltip, and the link inside the description is now being ignored.   Are there any workarounds for this issue?

You may disable popups in Admin > SiteSettings, but I fear, this will not change the behaviour, which may be caused by use of new forms pattern. If you place the Registration form on a dedicated page, you may include header and footer text or add another HTML module with explanations on the page.
