Hi Steve,

I always add template folders as sub folders to DesktopModules > DDRMenu (as this means the templates are available to all portals in the installation) and it's always worked first time. If you have root access, you should have access to DesktopModules.

I have always thought that Treeview was the correct syntax for some reason but I have just tested TreeView and treeview and they all work as well, so it's obviously not case-sensitive.

I'm running out of ideas, apart from checking the Wiki http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/DDRMenu-user-guide.aspx

Hopefully someone else will have some more ideas.

Are you adding the template folder via the Host > File Manager? If so, that's probably why you don't have access to DesktopModules. Try uploading using FTP instead.

At the moment I only have access to files via Host>File Manager. I will see if my provider will give me FTP access, which they said they would not do until we moved the site live. Thanks for all your assistance, I will keep you posted.

I was able to get FTP access to the root, and moving the Treeview files to DesktopModules>DDRMenu did the trick!
