Hello Matthias,

As far as I know the upgrades were done properly by PowerDNN staff, since this issue seems to be unique to my installation I will have to contact them and have them review the contents of this thread to check for possible issues.

Hello Sebastian,

No I do not have any custom objectQualifier setup. the tables have "dbo." preceeding them.

Brett, an objectQualifier is part of the name, e.g. "MySite" will lead to dbo.MySite_Modules table naming.

Cheers from Germany,

Hi Sebastian,

No there is no objectQualifier, the tables all have the standard names.

I contacted PowerDNN support concerning this issue and gave them the link to this thread. Here is their reply:

Hi Brett,

I've taken a look through the site, and also checked on the suggestions in the DNN Forums and none of them seem to be your current issue.  I don't see anything that look to be out of place anywhere within the DNN install.  I also went ahead and restored the pre-upgraded site to a test domain and ran in to the same problem, so it doesn't look like the upgrade process was the cause.

At this point I'm leaning towards the issue being caused by a "bad" or "broken" user.  Unfortunately determining which user is broken and why is going to be a fairly hard task, and one that we are unable to provide assistance in finding.

Any suggestions on how to find the "bad or broken" user?

When logged in as host user, have you checked the Admin-->Event Viewer for any related errors being logged when you attempt to go to user accounts pages beyond the first page? If it is a corrupted user account causing this issue (which I find a bit hard to believe) they it is likely that an error is getting logged. My guess is that it is a page start or page size parameter mismatch (probably from an earlier upgrade error) between DotNetNuke code and the MS SQL stored proceedure responsible for returning paged user account records.

As a test, what happens if under Admin --> User Accounts, User Settings you change the "Users Per Page" from the default of 10 to a large number? Are you then able to see more/all of the user accounts? Is an error logged?
