Hi,

I am new to Dotnetnuke. I am facing problems after I have downloaded and installed the Dotnetnuke 6.2 Beta 2 Install package. While I view the DNN 6.2 beta in browser but something goes wrong with the layout. I have tried it in others browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) and they have the same problem. But the previous version DNN 6.1 works perfectly.

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

can you please provider more details (ideally a screenshot of whats gone wrong) - the beta had a few styling issues around the updated user skin object which now adds messages/notifications/avatar -in the post beta2 builds we've fixed these issues but they primarily applied to non-default skins i.e. looked fine with darkknight, but rendered poorly with other skins.

I can't upload image to this forum. By the way, it is looks like a simple website that without a theme. And yes I am using the Darkknight skin. Everything is not placed properly.
Most of the image buttons are not working.
i.e. In the host>extension module, the edit and uninstall image buttons are not functioning.

Hi Cathal,

I can't upload image to this forum. By the way, it is looks like a simple website without a theme. I can see everything but it is like without the css. And yes, I am using the Darkknight skin.

Most of the image buttons are not working. i.e. In Host>Extension Module, the edit and uninstall image buttons are not functioning.

Thanks.

you can log the issue at support.dotnetnuke.com and upload images there, though your problem sounds like a javascript issue (the failing buttons and layout) rathert than a html issue.
