Fred, installing a language pack does support translation of static elements (captions, button labels, help texts, etc) only. if you want to create a multilingual page, you either need to install a solution for PageLocalization (e.g. pagelocalization.codeplex.com or dnn.tiendaboliviana.com) and use multilingual modules or enable language specific pages, built into DNN, to be used with monolingual modules only. For using language specific pages you need to enable "content localization" in host settings (irrevertible!!!!) and enable the language per site on Admin > Websites´. I strongly suggest performing a backup of the database prior to this. This process clones all pages and you may translate content and set module translation status in page settings. Do not use "display module on all pages", if using language specific pages.Good luck!

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
