Hello

I need to find a module with a pop up box that i can add text to but that also gives the user the option to delete cookie and stop tracking, particulary, google analytics to comply with the new EU laws about cookies, does anyone know of a suitable module? Im very new to DNN so any help would be appriciated, thanks

I am not aware of such a module. For text you may use HTML module, but cookies for login are required for all authenticated users and some individual preferences. AFAIK this is not disallowed by the EU law (which is still in progress), but you need to inform users about it. Same applies to GA, at least in Germany the core version is not allowed, but you don't need to enable it or use Advanced GA module from www.oliverhine.com, which supports GA privacy flag.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
