Hello Vijay,

I am not sure about the error you are receiving but for installing DNN on a local computer you may want to use Microsoft WebMatrix.

Modules can be installed while in Edit mode in the Host menu on the Extensions page.  Click the Manage button and select  Install Extension Wizard.

To install DNN on a local computer you can also use the Microsoft Web Platform Installer.

Additional modules can be found under Community :: Extensions Forge on this site, CodePlex and the DNN Store. For querying SQL you can use the Host :: SQL page in your portal or the DNN Reports module.

Best wishes

To get the DNN Reports module, just click on the link in my posting above,

You can get free skins from Codeplex anf from the Design Challenge here, and you can buy skins at the DNN Store.

Other great places to find information would be Google (search for something like "DNN DotNetNuke Skin"), the DNN Search Engine,  and any local User Group that speaks your language (if you find one).

Best wishes
Michael
