Mr716, Crispy and his team are aware of that. Suggestions that you can hide the container or completely remove the title.

If I hide the container then registered users will not be able to see the forum and that would defeat the purpose of even having the forum in the first place, and if I hide the New Blog container then users will not be able to create there own Blog’s and if I don’t enter a title for the module the registered users can still place there mouse over where the module title should be and type in anything. I was also wondering if and when Crispy and his team will be fixing this? Any other information about this major error will be greatly appreciated.

Guys, you are so scattered around topics I am getting confused.

First, the title is no longer editable as long as you upgrade to DNN core version 3.3.2 or 4.3.2. (Which means it won't be a problem for Blog either and it also means we have nothing here to fix)

As for using the forums, yes it still requires Registered Users to have edit permissions on the module and there is nothing horribly wrong with that.
