DotNetNuke 6.1.5 (The site was upgraded from 4.9.x)

In an HTML module, if you right click on an image and select properties, this pops up:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /DesktopModules/Admin/RadEditorProvider/DialogHandler.aspx

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.0.30319.272

DialogHandler.aspx is definitely in the directory.

What should I look at?

Hi Joe,

did you unlook the zip files of the upgrade package before you extracted the files?

Please check your DNN Folder permissions and make sure they are inherited to all subfolders and files.

Thanks, Matthias.

I discovered that this wasdue to another issue related to an old version of URLMaster. I should point out that it wasn't URLMaster's fault. There were some faulty references in web.config which, when removed, fixed the problem.

Hi!, I'm using DNN 6 and recently when I try to create a Hyperlink or linking to a document; the Document Manager buttons are grayed out and does not show any document.

I can however see all the documents through File Management but can not see them while using the HTML Editor.

On the Status Bar it shows an error (Object Expected: telerik.web.ui.webresource.axd) and also (Object doesnt support this property or method: DialogHandler.aspx)

Please assist, I have searched around and not getting an solution.

I should say, I also tried to install a latest new dnn 6.2.3 but I get the same error. This functionality worked until just recently and I dont even know how it stopped working.

please perform a recursive sync in Admin file manager and make sure for the root folder and subfolders that permissions have been granted properly.
