I have a website with a shopping cart.  When a user chooses to checkout, it goes to a page where it asks for the shipto address.  When I change the country, I notice the page reloads and then fills in the "State or Region" depending on whether or not the country is US or Canada.  if it's neither, it leaves it as an open field.  But the page reload can take a couple of seconds and the user sometimes clicks and starts to continue filling out the form.  I don't think it's the cart, because it does the same thing on the user registration page.  Is there any way to have all those options load with the page and not have to reload?  Also, I notice when the field reloads, it's not going to the next field, but the user has to click on that field to continue entering their info.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, what was your solution?
