I'm tryint to use the config node in my module manifest to add an httpbinding. The binding needs to go into /configuration/system.serviceModel/bindings/basicHttpBinding, but the problem is that /configuration/system.serviceModel/bindings doesn't exist.

I can successfully create the required nodes and everything runs fine on first install. The problem, however, is that on successive upgrades, it continues to add empty nodes for the ones i need to create. for example, this block:

<node path="/configuration/system.serviceModel/bindings" action="update" collision="ignore">
                              <basicHttpBinding></basicHttpBinding>
                           </node>

results in an additional <basichttpbinding /> that blows up my app, even though I have collision="ignore".

What am I missing for getting the collision to be detected and the node to not be created every time.
