Hello,
I have a "power user" role that allows a user to see only User Accounts page in the Admin Features (I want a role that limits administration features).

Until 6.1.2, a user belonging to "power user" role was able to perform Add Role to user (User Accounts page - Users and Roles module).

With 6.1.5, the same user obtains only a page refresh when the Add role to user is clicked. Nothing happens. No error and the event viewer is empty.

If I put the user in the admin group, Add role to user works again.

Is there a new internal check that grants role management only to users belonging to admin group?

How can I restore the previous behaviour?
