Hi Craig, most likely, there is an issue with a number format, e.g. because you are using English format vs. American, due to en-GB culture being used. switch back to en-US and retry

We have EventLog full of errors, related to Profile Photo.

Message: System.Exception: Unhandled Error: ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserProfile.get_PhotoURL() at DotNetNuke.Services.UserProfile.UserProfilePicHandler.ProcessRequest(HttpContext context) at System.Web.HttpApplication.CallHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I think this feature should be disabled or optional

What to do if we do not have profile photos?

Val
