When trying to send Newsletters, no messages is sent to the subscribers.(Except for the Bulkmail Reports, received by the Newsletters sender)

If sending using "Send Action" Asynchronous I get "Bulk mail sent (asynchronous mode). Please check confirmation email for result."
With "Send Action" Synchronous :
"No Messages were sent. A confirmation email has been sent to name@email.com with a description of the errors that happened during the sending process."

I received Bulk report with : EmailRecipients: 0 EmailMessages: 0 and no errors

BUT, if I manually  add email in "Additional Emails",  these email will received the Newsletter.

I've tried different SMTP server (GoDaddy, Microsoft Live, GMail, Server from my ISP.) All these SMTP worked when testing SMTP, but no email was sent using newsletters ...

Host Info :
DotNetNuke Community Edition Version : 06.02.00 (1610)
SQL Sever 2012 Express

I have no idea what I've could done wrong. If anyone can help me.
Thank you for your help,

Silly question, but can you confirm that there are users in the Subscribers role?

Have you tested any other roles?

Yes, I've tested with different groups/subscribers. Anyway you can close this thread. I didn't solve the issue, but I was short on time and switched on another CMS

Greetings Chris,

I have been searching the forums since the release of 6.2 for an answer to this question. The previous post had something similar to my problem. I have posted this issue elsewhere and did not receive a response. Please pardon me if this post is not placed in the proper place. Thank you for your help in advance.

I have worked on previous community editions of DNN and was able to successful utilize and add multiple Subscription within any created portal. Is there a different way to set them up in 6.2?  I have set up several pay subscription with the intent on using the new social features in 6.2. The button shows the newly created subscription in "manage services" however, when you try to click it as a common user--it never redirects to Paypal--it just goes back to the profile page. The default subscribe button that came with the install works, however, when you try to add new ones,  an error occurs. I have upgraded to 6.2.1 and the same problem occurred. Do you know anything on this subject? How can I get additional subscriber roles to work? If there is a bug, is there a workaround?

p.s. I did have trouble finding the new social "profile" page on initial new install of DNN 6.2. I was able to find the "Activity feed" and other new DNN default features and settings in 6.2 by creating a child portal and selecting "Blank Site".

Greetings Chris,

These errors also are related to previous problems with creating subscriptions. I forgot to send them. Thank you!
