I'm having some issues with a fresh install of DNN 6.2.  Everything installed successfully and im able to login to my superuser account.  When i log into the superuser account i am not able to see the SuperUser menu at the top of each page.  Also the action's panel, where you click to edit a module, for each module has blank text.  I tried fresh install twice with no success.I also tried a few different browsers, IE, chrome and firefox and still nothing.  I have a screenshot of what i am talking about.  My issues are squared in red.

Seems like this is a community wide problem with 6.02. I was able to download an earlier version of DNN and everything works fine.

Have you set both connection strings on the web.config file ?

Yes, everything was installed successfully but if you if you look at the image the Admin/Host Control panel was not showing at the top of the page and neither was the text for the Module Manage menu.

Same problem here, Upgraded to 6.2 then tried to access user profile properties through action menu or link. Neither exist.!!
