I can confim we have an error when creating a survey with multiple choices. I get this error:

The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Profile_Users". The conflict occurred in database "DotNetNuke", table "dbo.Users", column 'UserID'. The statement has been terminated

I think a fix should take about 2 weeks.

Actually I only get that error when the "View Order:" is set to 0. Leave it blank and that should fix it.

Hi, I get an error by upload a new Question in the Survey.  It is the following:

A critical error has occurred.
Input string was not in a correct format.

I did not have this on the 3.1 Version of the survey with the dnn 4.0.3.

Think this is a STOP BUG.

Kind solution please?

Thanks Matthias

I get this same exact error.  No matter what my question is.  I have no View Order set.  I put in a question such as Is the world going to end.  I have a single selection selected for Type.  And my options are simply Yes and No.

Is there a bug for the survey and if so when is it going to be fixed?

I have a new BETA version that needs testing:

http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/Misc/Files/DNN4_SurveyModule_Beta_8_27_2006.zip

Before you upload it to an existing DNN4 site you have to remove these two files from the "\bin" directory of your existing DNN site.

DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.dll
DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.SqlDataProvider.dll

This is BETA so don't try this in production. Post to this thread if it solves the problem you're having.
