Anyone knows which module is used in the extension forge page in this site to search/filter the extensions?

Sebastian is correct -and at this time I do not believe there is a plan to publish this module as it contains lots of custom code to integrate with custom tables we have created that integrate deeply with user profiles (if you check your profile you can see it lists forge modules you've created)
