actually i would be inclined to check the module_load_exception -you'll want to check the logproperties column, and look out for references to login . Please note, if you dont need to keep the eventlog data (or have a backup) then you might do a "truncate table eventlog" to clear out all the entries. Then when you try to login you will know all the issues are likely related to that.

Thank you again.

It doesn't seem that the MODULE_LOAD_EXCEPTIONs have anything to do with the login system. The exceptions "ModuleControlSource" included the following:

DesktopModules/Events/Events.ascx

DesktopModules/Documents/Documents.ascx

DesktopModules/Store/Catalog.ascx

These all seem to be unrelated. Do any of these seem to indicate the login system to you?

I am going to try to see if I can get a connection to the live DB and remove the EventLog records and see what new ones come up.

I am getting rather discouraged with this issue and I was wondering how hard it would be to move the content and skin of this site to a new installation of Dot New Nuke. Do you think that would be realistic? Is there any documentation/tutorial on this?

Do know of any documentation/tutorial that would provide instructions for moving this site from it's production server to my development server?

Thank you for all of your help!

no, none of those are login related, though it's odd to be seeing such errors in 3 different modules, suggesting something common (which may also be related to your login problems). As to exporting content, DotNetNuke supports portal templates - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W... , however these can only move content from modules which support IPortable, and do not move skins.
