It's my first post and first experience with DNN. I've just installed DNN 6.2.1 on my local machine for testing purpose, I've add some page to the 'Awesome Cycles' site and add some child pages. The Navigation menu on the top ( DRR Menu rigth?? ) show child pages with a too big text ( IMO) and in 3 columns.

What I've to do for modify text size, numbers of columns and other aspect of the Nav menu?

It's possible do that in 'Site settings' -> StyleSheet Editor?

Can some one provide a good tutorial or guide for this?

Thanks.

CB.

In your folders for the install of DotNetNuke you should be able to navigate to a folder that holds the CSS file for the DDR Menu.  If you are using the standard Dark Knight skin the path would be \Portals\_default\Skins\DarkKnight\DNNMega. The file is named "dnnmega.css" and it will contain the styles for the menu, the root elements, and sub-menu styles and font-sizes that you are looking for.

There is also a page dedicated to DDRMenu on the wiki - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

Thanks Clint. I've found it, have to work on it now.

Then the StyleSheet Editor can't affect this skin dnnmega.css? I'm right?

I've been struggling with trying to get the DDR menu configured to my liking as well.

I think the DarkKnight skin is great, but I really don't care for the menu design.

I would much rather have the option of using a look at feel similar to what's here on dotnetnuke.com, but it's not clear how to get there.

I believe that is correct... you cannot use the stylesheet editor to control the menu from inside of a DNN instance. I've never tried to do that though, but I've also never heard of anyone else doing it that way.

The menu on this site is also using the DDR Menu as well. You should be able to style the menu in any way you want. You would use CSS & XSLT to create different look and feels for the style.  Armand Datema is really good and creating menus of any style you can think of. He wrote a blog series about how to style the DRR Menu that you can see here: http://www.dnnhero.com/Listing/tabid/...
