Hi, I have been following the previous thread of Missing Mobile Template on community edition of 6.2. So I downloaded the Professional Edition of dnn and copied the files:
Mobile Website.template
Mobile Website.template.de-DE.resx
Mobile Website.template.en-US.resx
Mobile Website.template.es-ES.resx
Mobile Website.template.fr-DE.resx
Mobile Website.template.nl-DE.resx
Mobile Website.template.resources
into my Portals>Default folder.
I have been able to set the new mobile site with the new DNS I created and on my host server a new folder created when I did this called 2. However on the home page of the mobile site when logged in as host I am unable to:

  1. Create your mobile content
  2. Preview content
  3. Manage URL redirection

And the page does not look correct as per the Shaun Walker webcast of Nov 10 2011.

At the top of the mobile home page is the error message:

Error: The file '/Portals/_default/Skins/DarkKnightMobile/home.ascx' does not exist.

I really am stuck as to what to do now? The only template that exists in the mobile site in the Portals>2>Templates folder is: Default.page.template

Any suggestions please as to how I get all this correct and can preview the mobile devices?

Kind regards, Pamela

you need to install mobile skin and container (from PE package install/skins folder) as well

These can be found in the install/Skin and the Install/container folders in the package

Thanks Leupold and Timo. I have installed the mobile container and skin and the site looks right when I go to it now. I have completed the redirection etc. However, I cannot log into it to use the:
Create your mobile content
Preview content
Manage URL redirection
So I'm confused as to why I cannot see any login details on the mobile site page. Anny suggestions? Thanks. Pamela

Not every skin has a login link, but normally you can always login using this url:

http://yoursite.com/Login.aspx
