I have been working on setting up the site and now users can't register and I can't add users as an Admin.  I fill out the required fields and click on Register (as a user) or Add (as an Admin in the User Admin area).  When I click on the button, the circle twirls in the middle of the page and then the registration page reappers with the same filled in fields.  There is no error information that appears or indication of any issues.  However, the user is never added.  How can I figure out what is wrong?  A while ago I was able to add a user.  I can also edit an existing user.  I looked at the Event Viewer and it has nothing about adding a user.  It doesn't show any activity that was done during the time I was adding.
