I have downloaded and installed the Default DNN website - Community Edition.

I was wondering is there any way of changing the default logo on the home page to show a Flash (*.swf) logo?

Onc you install it it's yours. Change it how you like. Joe Brinkman has a great skinning tutorial http://www.theaccidentalgeek.com/post/2010/06/28/DotNetNuke-Skinning-101-(Part-1).aspx copy the standard skin and party on!

To change the existing skin you should only need to skim read JB's posts.

@Richard, Thanks for the quick response. I want to know if it is possible to have a Flash(SWF) image as a logo and not a normal JPG image?

I most probably phrased my question incorrectly.

Well I would try it. Then you will know.

My guess is that flash requires some other support that I know nothing about.

Best wishes,

Hi,
You could modify your skin, and where the logo exists, put a container, then use the digFlash module to display your swf.
Thanks
Mike
