1) I am using facebook and gmail authorization on my website. However, users do not get valid verification code or at least the link they receive throws error "invalid Verification Code"

How can I fix that? Here is one the email/complaint from the user:

Clicking on the email verification link goes to a page which says it's an invalid verification code, even though my nic mechtild shows on the page. Even though I some how went to a page which had me update my profile. But when trying to make a reply to a thread then I get that invalid verification code page again. What to do? Thanks

2) Is there a way to authorize users all at once? Because of the above problem, I have to go user accounts and authorize each user manually, which is 3 clicks. 3 clicks seems little but the waiting and if you have to authorize 30 members at a time can be very annoying especially at late night.
