Hi,

I have successfully set up the Active Directory module on my development box, and logged with LDAP in nicely,  I was amazed at how easy it was to do so thank you very much there.

My question is, can I specify a group to check by ?

We are a big company and only a small subset of our users will be in roles/groups that should be able to access the site, although everyone is in the active directory.

Regards

Jacqui.

Hi,

I have managed to sort it out so thought I would post it to save others the hours of research.

You need to string the group etc after the root domain so it looks something like

LDAP://my.site.com/CN=MyGroup,OU=Groups,DC=my,DC=site,DC=com

At least that appears to be working for me in my development environment :)

Thanks.

JHF
