How do I find and fix: InnerException: An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 1, position 47?

I don't understand the silence on this for weeks.

I think the issue we are having is similar.
The journal module was giving us a pop-up error "not found" when we tried to post, like, or comment.
I uninstalled the extension, and installed a fresh copy of the module and inserted it on a page on the homepage of our site.
It caused all of the other modules on our homepage to go blank, and there is a box with this error above the journal module:
"A critical error has occurred. Method not found: 'System.Collections.Generic.IList`1<DotNetNuke.Services.Journal.CommentInfo> DotNetNuke.Services.Journal.Internal.IInternalJournalController.GetCommentsByJournalIds(System.String)'."

If I remove the journal module formt he homepage the error goes away and the other modules go back to normal.
