I just finished installing DNN 6.1, using IIS (not IIS express) and the installation went fine.

However, when the getting started page comes up in the browser running on the system where DNN is installed, I don't see the video, instead I see the following:
ForbiddenContent-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html"><meta name="id" content="siteBlocked"><title>Web Site Blocked</title><style type="text/css">#shd { width:500px;position:relative;right:3px;top:3px;margin-right:3px;margin-bottom:3px;text-align:center; }#shd .second,#shd .third,#shd .box { position:relative;left:-1px;top:-1px; }#shd .first { background: #f1f0f1; }#shd .second { background: #dbdadb; }#shd .third { background: #b8b6b8; }#shd .box { background:#ffffff;border:1px solid #848284;height:350px; }.strip { width:100%;height:70px; }.warn {background-color:#f0d44d;filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#fae379', endColorstr='#eed145');background:-webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, from(#fae379), to(#eed145));background:-moz-linear-gradient(top, #fae379, #eed145);font-size:14px;font-weight:bold;}#nsa_banner { position:relative;top:20px;left:20px;float:left; }#alert_icon { position:relative;top:15px;left:20px;float:left; }#alert_text { float:left;position:relative;top:25px;left:40px;width:400px; }</style><script type="text/JavaScript">var isIE7=false;function onLoadFunc(){var s = document.URL;s = s.replace(/</g, "&lt;").replace(/>/g, "&gt;");if (s.length < 50) { s='URL: <b>'+s+'</b>'; }else { s='URL: <b>'+s.substring(0,50

However, when I load the DNN page in a browser on my desktop the getting started video displays and plays fine.

I cannot figure out what's up with my installation on the server that the browser won't display the video.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Randy

Are you using IE on the server with Enhanced Security turned on?

Here's how to turn it off, http://myhosting.com/kb/Turn_off_Internet_Explorer_Enhanced_Security_Configuration

Apologies - my 'server' is a Windows 7 box, so this does not apply.

Also I am using a Chrome browser.

I did try to add the URL to the intranet zone in IE9 just to see if I would get a different result in IE9.  I don't.  I get the same problem on the Windows 7 box with that browser as I do with Chrome.  When I say the same problem, eventually it displays the same text, but initially I get a page that says 'cannot connect to the Internet'.

Likewise, running IE on a remote desktop will render the page fine, including the video.

Also, the video runs fine in either browser when run remotely.

I'm probably going to have to speak to whoever configured this box.  I see on the LAN connection status that IPv4 has internet access but IPv6 does not have Internet access.

Well the IPv6 is a red-herring.  My remote desktop says the same thing and it works fine here.  It is only problematic on the box where DNN is installed.

Time to go see my network admin I guess.

Have it solved.

the origination site for that getting started video is youtube; which is blocked at my company except for certain users.

I'm having it attended to for the development box, which should resolve the problem.
