Hi sebastian,

Thanks for reply..  I have tried by manual way and it work the site got upgraded from 4.9.2 to 4.9.5 , after upgrading to 5.4 , when I try to open the website it is not showing anything, just processing, The upgrade was successful.

please check, whether there are old system or dotnetnuke files inside your /bin folder and try removing them.

Hi sebastian,

Thanks for reply..  How will I know about the old dnn files in bin folder.There is System.Web.Extensions dll version 1.0.61231.0 in the Bin folder. How to check which one is old dotnetnuke file
