We are developing a DNN site that has a large amount of custom ASP.NET code/modules, etc.  We are passing around user selections and information primarily in the URL as they navigate from one page to another.

Are there ways out there (third party tools, configurations, etc.) so that the URL or page  that a user  was on is not lost when an automatic logout occurs due to a session timeout, etc.?

This seems to work by default out of the box. I had it broken by adding a redirect page on login. Removing it fixed the issue.
