I could not find forum for this module. So I post here. I am using 6.20. and I could not edit text/html module anymore. Each time, I click edit icon, I was directed to a blank page: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

What should I do to fix it?

Thanks

Hy

Let's consider the following . . .

1. What has changed between when the HTML module last could be edited and now - Upgrade of DNN framework?  Install/switch to new skin or container? Change of ASP.Net version? Install of a new/upgraded module package, etc.? Change of hosting provider or hosting setup?

2. If you try to edit a different HTML module on another page of the site does the same error occur?

3. Have you tried forcing an application restart?

4. Have you tried clearing browser cache for your domain?

5. Are there any errors being logged in the Event Viewer related to this issue?

6. Try a different browser such as Firefox which may give a more detailed error message as to why the page cannot be displayed.

7. Do you note any problems with managing other modules or with administrative tools such as File Manager?

Other modules work fine. No log error. I tried firefox and got the following error. Corrupted Content Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.

I  might need to re-update the app.

If I clicked the edit content by icon, I got the error:

HTTP Error 400.0 - Bad Request

ASP.NET detected invalid characters in the URL.

But if I clicked edit content inside the manage box, it works.

Thanks
