IE8 compatibility must be set on in my office environment, so how to solve this.

today, i have another issue in IE8. i don't know this is bug or just compatibility issue. field Start Date in Module Setting doesn't show date after i pick a date. this issue show up whether compatibility is on or off.

Why must compatibility be on? The point of compatibility is to break the browser so that a broken website looks tolerable.

Compatibility can be on/off on a per website basis.

If you really must have compatibility being on then you will have to create a broken skin that works with the broken web browser. I think it might be better to have a correct web site. At least it will then work for external users.

the reason is why compatibility must be set on, because from the internal DNN portal i want to use IFrame to show other .NET web application. if the compability off, it will be impact to that apps.

are you face same problem with me about field Start Date in Module Setting that don't show date value after pick the date picker?
