Ok, I'm stumped. I've downloaded the blog module installer. Can't seem to find anything that says how to install it. I'm running the preconfigured DNN on Godaddy. I found a section in Module Definitions that accepts a .dnn file but I don't see that in teh blog installer. Can someone point the way?

you are very close: in Module Definitions there is a "Upload New Module" command in the action menu, that leads to the uploader. Browse for your file, add it to the upload list and install it.

Installing a module is not something like double clicking the executable as you would do in Windows. In Dotnetnuke you must have Host access to your site. Logon to the site using Host credentials choose Module Definations from the Host menu. On the bottom of that page you choose Upload New Module. In the browse button you choose the zipped you just downloaded. If that is done you need to add the Blog module on a page that you dedicate to the blog.

For more questions about the Blog module I suggest you post your question in the Blog Forum.

Ok, uploading the zip file worked. What was confusing me was the validator portion at the bottom. It led me to believe I needed a .dnn file.
