When I go into my new skin created for DNN 05.06.02 (144) (the new skin is a duplicate of an existing skin with a new skin folder name), I wanted to remove the breadcrumb from appearing on these pages.

Removing the breadcrumb removes the padded table and its spacing so that's not an option. Although I was successfully able to suppress the breadcrumb by setting the rootlevel to 5 which we don't currently have thus nothing appears in the Breadcrumb (perfect!). But when I do this it changes the middle content pane to change from a white background to gray and moves the search box which used to be above the title bar to on top of the title bar.

Why would changing the rootlevel cause this?

I found out that when I would reparse the skin thinking it would refresh to add the new _html page with either the higher level bread crumb or the removal of the breadcrumb that it would see the new page. Actually when I would pre-parse that was what was changing my pages around by shifting down the search box and coloring the center container gray.

If you don't re-parse then it works just fine!

Creating an empty div which then collapses?
