I have asked this before and never got any reply. Strange.

In my 6.02.03 CE DNN i see different number in Host/Advanced/Client Resource Management (i see 139), in web.config i see 241 and in /app_data/ i see the prefix 241 also.

What do all that mean ? Shouldn't all that be in sync ?

Thanks

Costas

Also can somebody tell me if the options in web.config of client dependancy providers (6) should be set to true or false.

I would expect number ín web.config and app_data belonging to legacy implementation, currently the host setting stores the value in the database (HosSettings table, settingkey ="CrmVersion").

Sebastian,

You are right about the web.config since on a new DNN installation that is always zero (and remains zero).

Not sure about the app_data prefix. In a new installation i see it in sync with the Host/Advanced settings of the client res mngmt.

In my installation, there are only old files within this directory, although I upgraded the version just before.
