where should it print a text - you don't have a server console.
In which programming environment are you working - SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, WebMatrix using Web Forms or Web Pages?

The values of the databaseOwner and objectQualifier you got from the web.config file where it have to set.  If you used tables, procedures functions and views on a DotNetNuke instance those Parameters habe to be used on programming for the T-SQL scripts, who are used on the install of the module or Provider.

Also the SQL feature of the DNN instance on host uses thos prameters and set them automaticly with the values of the instance.

please note: objectQualifier and databaseOwner are DNN specific features and are needed in Host > SQL, module upgrade scripts and sql code run by DNN modules only. Module database layer code might need to implement substitution of variables, if needed (see module templates).
