hi Experts
I have noticed that if you make an edit to your module, 
and change its version via the .dnn(Manifest file) and the assyemblyinfo.cs file,
 and then install the mdule again - DNN just wants to run the uninstall script. 

 I also noticed if you leave the version alone and just make an edit and leave version alone it does same thing (ex. repair install). 
 If I install the module on a fresh copy of DNN - it runs the install script and module installs correctly. 

 So the manifest file should not be the problem.

please check your manifest, it looks like uninstall is referenced instead of upgrade script.

i have seen that 

i have not given given any reference to the uninstall sql data provider file in to dnn file see the below code

<name>01.00.00.SqlDataProvider</name>
<version>01.00.00</version>
</script>


<script type="UnInstall">
<name>UnInstall.SqlDataProvider</name>
</script>
