I am trying to build my business website.Can i build using dotnetnuke and then deploy on hosting server without paying any pennies. i,e i am not interested in buying the pro edition.

The Community Edition could be downloaded and used for free.  Professional, Elite and Enterprise Editions are ony availble payed.

For DotNetNuke you found free Modules and Skins on the Extension Forge ore on Codeplex.  There also payed modules and Skins on the DotNetNuke store.

you may create your website locally (i.e. on local IIS or using WebMatrix with IIS Express) and deploy at any time to your live site, which needs to be Windows hosting with SQL Server (Express) support.
