typically that message is nothijng to do with DotNetNuke - it indicates that either the page timed out (e.g database operation took too long - which considering you seem to be running custom reports would seem a likely possibility), or that the page load was interuppted by the user (pressing stop in the browser - likely to happen if the page takes ages to load) or that the user is performing an ajax based action before the page has fully loaded (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/97... covers these and other possibilites). As you can see the issue comes down to page load time typically so I'd suggest you benchmark your function and check that you are not causing any lock escalation or deadlocks in the database

hello, Cathal Conolly,

first of all thank you for your answer.

the users ( several users ) said the the system throw them to the login page suddenly while there are fill textbox.

there isn't ajax in this page.

i also trace the DB for deadlocks, and there isn't deadlocks.

do you have any athoer suggestions ?

thank you,

adi damty

DotNetNuke will only redirect to the login page on a page request if the user clicks login or if a request is made for a page that requires authentication i.e. it will not do it suddenly when entering text. however if the user loses textbox focus and goes out of the textbox pressing delete will navigate to the previous page - perhaps this is what you're seeing. As to other suggestions it's hard to say as it's custom code - i'd recommend checking the event viewer to see if any issues are logged and examining the requests with Fiddler to see if an unexpected redirect is occurring
