Hello All,

I recently had an issue where one my admin users attempted to create three new users with passwords of 11111, 22222, 33333.  The create failed due to password complexity but no error displays to the user.  Am I missing something, if not, should we be displaying a more informative message?

In the absence of any message, my user misunderstood and thought the user was already created.

On this system, I have 06.00.01.  I can upgrade to 6.2.3 if you think it will eliminate it ?
