Hi all,

I'm new to this, but I've been managing a website for a client who's original designer left. I've been uploading content regularly but all of a sudden I get this error message when I try to upload media to the server:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File d:\HostingSpaces\PaperDolls\paperdollsinteriors.com\wwwroot\Portals\0\rugs graphic.jpg. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

This happened suddenly. Just recently I've been able to upload files but now I cannot. I haven't done anything differently. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Please check the following thinks:

  1.  Your user role have permission for file upload using the DNN file Manager.
  2. jpg file Extension is on the allowed file upload list on the host Settings.
  3. Both Connection strings are Setting on the web.config file
  4. Check if the correct file permissions are set to the DNN root Folder and inherit to all subfolders and files.
  5. Filesize is not over the allowed size.

Nothing is working. I can't even delete files from the directory. I get the same error message.

Try to change the file Name without the space in the filename.
