As you are running in an ASP.Net 4.0 application pool, make sure that the following attribute and value was added to the

element of the site's web.config file:

requestValidationMode="2.0"

This as well as a couple of bindingRedirect changes to web.config should have happened automatically during the installation when DNN detected ASP.Net 4.0. I would recommend that you continue to run in integrated pipe-line, not classic mode.

 Yes I have it:

<system.web><httpRuntime shutdownTimeout="120" executionTimeout="900" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="12288" requestLengthDiskThreshold="12288" requestValidationMode="2.0" />

 Still doesnt work to edit the Html module :(

Do you receive this error when attempting to open an HTML module for editing on ALL pages of the site or only on those pages in which the page name contains an enhanced character such as an umlaut? In such cases the character will be "escaped" to its character code equivalent preceeded by the percent symbol.

If that is the case the following may be of help:

Aha, I think I 've found something: When clicking the control "Edit content" underneath the html box it gives me an error. I the browser I can see that the control is doing following: _doPostBack('dnn$ctr455$dnnACTIONBUTTON1$ctl00$ctl01'),'')     <-- This javascript fails

but the other control that expands via Manage panel and the "Edit content" button there it works in my fresh DNN 6.2.3 installation. That one is instead another type of command to the browser: javasript:if(dnnModal.show('http://www.affarssystemen.se/V%C3%A4ljaaff%C3%A4rssystem/tabid/96/ctl/Tab/Default.aspx?popUp=true',/*showReturn*/true,550,950,true,''))

Anyone hardoce DNN pro that now can understand what is happening?

I think it is the Action component that is used on the skin containers.  If the containers and skin still using the solpart menu Actions I think it should be changed to the new Actions and DDR Menu controls.
