does anyone know of a module, that i can pass info to a third party site via links for SSO?

for instance,  this url is for passing SSO info to my 3rd party

https://www.blablahblah.com/sso/ssoauthentication.aspx?customerid=517&sharedkey=SMCs0FCMfy6Hlxi8tD45+vKetaIvqBINwCANSA7Jt2U&emailid=blah@blah.com&employeeId=jonhos&courseId=56fLz9sE&deptname=&firstname=jon&lastname=hos

i need to generate the links on the page for the user, specific to the user.  So when clicked, they auto login to the remote site

i cant seem to find something for outbound from DNN to third party.  There are plenty for inbound though.
