At present we remove countries because of an ecommerce module that uses the countries list as the country that we sell to, unfortunately we only sell to a subset of the countries - so it's a workaround to avoid people being disappointed at the checkout.

I will test if this is a problem prior to upgrading to 7.3.3.

Craig, in this case you'll need to remove all Region entries for the countries from upgrade script as well (or add a check for parent, when inserting it)

 Sebastian - Yes, I was just taking a deeper look as your message came through. I think I can change the modules procedure so that I don't have to change the core data.... BTW looks like you attempted to visit our site, it got blocked but should be ok for you now. We have quite aggressive security for the sites and in particular for markets that we do not sell too.
