Hi,

I have a table for our karting racing results with the following columns: DriversName | Heat1 | Heat1 | Heat3 | Heat4 | Final | SubTotal | Worst  | Total

(Points are allocated 1 point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd etc, then you get to drop the Worst result and get a Total - lowest score wins the day)

I can calculate the SubTotal column [Heat1]+[Heat2]+[Heat3 etc and the Total column [SubTotal]-[Worst] but cannot work out how to get the Worst column to display the highest number from the Heats and Final columns ........ I have searched and looked around but am struggling to get it. Any help would be appreciated in how I format the expression or do a lookup on them.

Cheers!

Can you use the MAX(.....) function?

The MAX function would be the one, if I could work out how to get it to show me the MAX from several columns, rather than just one - that's what I can't get into my head.

please be aware that Form and Likst does not support grouping or access across records. you will need XML function in a custom XML rendering, to display aggregates.

Thanks Sebastian, I'll start looking into the XML part.
