I have added a table to the existing DNN Database(sitesqlserver), but i m not able to populate values into it..What is the reason for this. Can someone help me out pls...Is it not possible to populate our own values into the DNN database..

Of course you can create and populate your own tables within the DNN database!

Without knowing how you are attempting to do so I can't even guess what the problem might be.

I would suggest that you look at some of the tutorials, Wiki pages and videos on DotNetNuke module development in the Resources section of this website.

Hi Mark,

I m attempting to fill the tables as we normally do it in the case of sql tables.Right click on the table select data and entering the values i want in the table taking care about the data fields.

I have read in the documents that we can use the user defined table module but i could not find it in my extensions.It has also been said that it comes with the core DNN.But i cant find it.What can be the reason for this.??
