Hi,
I have set up F&L version 6 for a simple Contact Us page.
It works fine and records all submissions, but it doesn't e-mail the submissions to me.
The website e-mail works fine.
Site Settings: In the Host Settings, the SMTP server & Port is set up as: mail.poosaintpoos.com.au:25 and the SMTP Authentication is set to Basic. The SMTP Username is mail@poosaintpoos.com.au.
Form & List Configurations:  Page Related Settings -> EMail Settings - I have set the trigger on New, Update and Delete, and the TO: and Reply To: fields are both ernieb@westnet.com.au  This email address will change to the client sales person as soon as it is working and tested.
F&L Module Settings: On Permissions, I have set Create Record/Submit Form to All Users.

When I test the SMTP Settings with the test button it works fine. If I send an e-mail from my work email to mail@poosaintpoos.com.au it gets delivered to my westnet account perfectly. However, when I submit a contact on the Contact Us page, I get no e-mail - but I can log in and see the records in the F&L module. 

Where have I gone wrong?

Any advice will be welcome!

I suggest to talk to your email administrator. It might be as simple as the configuration of your email gateway. I beleve the emails are still sent but referred on a certain point. Check the mail-logs!
