I am trying to install DNN version 4.0.3 and I get the error, "Unrecognized configuration section 'connectionStrings'".  It is trying to use the asp.net framework 1.1 even though 2.0 is installed.  Any Ideas

If you have access to IIS Manager for that website you can open it up, right click the Virtual Directory that DNN is installed in and click Properties. Then go to the ASP.Net tab and select 2.0.xxx from the dropdown.

EDIT: If you don't have access to IIS (i.e. you are on a shared hoster) check your site's control panel or email your hoster
