We have a page on our DNN site for which we have established a specific account with edit permissions to allow updating the page.
When that account logs in and goes to the page in question, an attempt is made to link in some content from a specific folder within the file manager – but we see no content to select. (via edit content…hyperlink manager…hyperlink…document manager…browsing to specific folder)
For the specific page in question – when we go to…Page Settings….Permissions ….all roles, we see the specific role defined with View, Add, Add Content, and Full Control checked.
The account we are using has this specific role assigned to it…as seen when you go to the Admin…user accounts…Manage Roles area
We can see the files in question both in the external file system and when going into DNN’s file manager (under administrator mode). The external file system permissions for this folder are the same for as for other folders with content. We have synchronized files a couple times and reset the permissions a couple times, but that hasn’t resolved the issue.
As a host/superuser, when Iwe go to the page and attempt to edit…we don’t see any content either.
This problem has not occurred before. We are on DotNeTNuke Professional Version 06.02.00 (1610) with .NET framework 3.5
